  1. LOL! I love it!

All the non-legal Wives seem to be competing for the most expensive and impressive gifts and Meri gives him.... popcorn.

Frankly, popcorn is more than he deserves after the mindgames he keeps playing about having a baby or not with Meri.

  2. Aww...those kids are in for a rude awakening if their parents don't pay the bills.

Those homes can be taken away just as easily as any rental. Fostering false security is a bad idea.

    1. Yea, when I heard her say that about the homes never being taken away I had to shutter. What do you say in 10 years if it goes into foreclosure?

      Oops.

    2. Why do they spend so much money for birthday gifts? Seems excessive.

So sad that the little kids seem well indoctrinated in the Brown propaganda. I hope they wont lose the houses for their sake. The older kids are more cynical.

    3. They seem to spend a lot on pretty much everything. The Brown's spend money like it will always be coming in, in large amounts. It's who they spend it on that is so disproportionate, Kody has a motorcycle, Kody drives a convertible, he had that Lexus before he got the MLM car...its all Kody Kody Kody...I can't stand these people I wish they would go back to their cupboard. TLC Please for the love of God move on, move onto another polygamist if you must just not this group!

  3. He won't get anything from Janelle. They gave the bed to each other for every gift exchange for a year. She can make a card on the computer, take a pic of her & trainer in bed. & give it to Keynote. Tell him its part of training.

So many clever, hilarious posts, and I just scroll down and laugh. (Laughed so hard yesterday that I had a bad case of the hiccups for about 20 minutes.) :/

    1. If I recall correctly, Mariah worked at a popcorn shop. They showed it when they surprised her with the key to Meri's house. I wouldn't be surprised if the people at the shop gave Mariah the tin of popcorn when she went away to college as a going away gift, and Meri snagged it to give to KoDouche. That will teach him to say no to her about a baby!!! He gets extravagant gifts from the other wives and Meri gives him popcorn. I can't believe I am saying this, but good for you, Meri!! You were the only one to give him what he deserves, and even that is pushing it.

  6. Kody calls downloading music from iTunes into his new iPod or whatever the Eff his player is "work"???

you plug it in, and click Start!!

Gawd, what a lazy slob. and shame on Robyn for making it sound like she's doing something magnanimous like cleaning the garage or something that is REALLY work.

    1. Did I miss him saying "work"
      WHAT work?

    2. I was just reading on twitter and someone asked him the same work question (sorry i don't know how to link it to here) but this is what he said
kody what do u do for living ?" Network marketing, jewelry sales & design, best selling book, sales, entrepreneur... oh, and TV.

So lol i do guess he works lol

    3. We always have a tweet page, so we'll have it!
Book?? BOOK? I think that ship has sailed, what does he have to do?

In other words... sit on my butt and do the show!

      Delete
    4. OK. I get the networking marketing (LIV), the jewelry design and sales (MSWC), and the TV reference. The book is done and marketed, doubtful too much more money coming in of that. He WAS in sales, and WAS an business owner years ago. Why is he still mentioning that to someone who asks how he is currently making his living?

But, what we can glean from this is that the majority of his income is coming from TLC, because we know its not from the other two efforts.

      Delete
  7. nice pot belly on Kody huh...?

Gawd how lazy is he to consider plugging in his player and downloading music "work"?

and Robyn encouraging that kind of thing by acting all magnanimous about doing it for him. what a lazy self entitled slob he is...bleagh.

  9. I totally think Robyn's gift was the worst, which will sound odd. But let me explain.
Although popcorn may seem cheap, it is kind of a cute gift, considering it was national popcorn day. I rather liked that gift, but I tend to go for the surprising and quirky.
Janelle getting the chest of drawers was obvious, not necessarily which piece of furniture, but we all knew she was going to get one because they said that was their plan all along.

I really like Christine's gift, a nice comfy chair. It seemed very personal and thoughtful. Something that would be utilized and could be utilized by the entire family, with the family (the kids immediately cuddled with him).

Robyn's gift seemed rather derp. Here is an MP3 player so you can work out, away from us and the kids. Not super special or specific. Yes he might need one to work out (or not because it doesn't look like he is working out much). It just seemed so daggum generic.

  11. "Kids town" must be in Robin's backyard, yes? Since her girls have a wooden lattice play house and everyone else has makeshift blankets over PVC pipes, or whatever the structure was...

And...I'm obviously not from Vegas...sending the kids out to play in the dirt just seemed so sad. I wouldn't want them to have something that needs irrigating of course, so I don't know what would better than the hard pack dusty dirt, but yeah. That was a sorry place to play.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. A lot of places where the backyards are all sand, like we have here in NM, use the artificial grass because watering lawns cost so much money. Also rocks are used a lot with xeriscaping, but obviously with kids you'd want the artificial grass if you were being water conscious.

We have the rocks and flagstone since our kids are grown and gone, but did put in a fairly large section of artificial grass for the dogs. Landscaping is so expensive they may not be able to afford it right away either.

I know here they slap fines on people for using more than a certain amount of water every month and I'd bet Las Vegas is probably not much different. Hopefully they'll do something soon!

      Delete
    2. I meant to add, Christine said her backyard was Kidsville in last night's show and we got a shot of the kids blanket houses at that time.

      Delete
    3. Kidsville is at Christine's house. If I remember correctly, the wooden lattice playhouse was originally built at Christine's rental home when she landscaped the back yard with the above ground pool that wouldn't fit.

      Delete
    4. I live in the desert and you don't let your kids go out and play in the sand and dirt. Hello scorpions! Besides, it's just gross and nasty. Maybe if they took all the money they spend on Kody's hair products and put it towards landscaping the kids could have a place to play that is decent.

      Delete
    5. Even a big piece of "indoor/outdoor" carpeting would be nice for them to play on. I would think it would be cheap enough they could throw it out when winter comes and they can't play outside in the mud and cold anyway.

Just a suggestion, if any Browns or Brown peeps are reading the blog. I just hate seeing them playing and lying in the sand and rocks and walking around with shovels.

      Delete
    6. I'm glad to see the kids playing together - and outside but, seeing the kids play in the dirt makes me sad. There has to have been some way for them to have afforded to put in patios or some kind of landscaping by now. I mean, they've been able to go to Disneyland how many times and San Francisco, and wherever else they've galavanted to over the spring and summer, yet their kids are playing in the dirt? ugh

Besides the dirt, as someone above mentioned, there are scorpions and other insects and vermin that I'd not want my kids to be rolling around in. Or, as someone mentioned, they could have at least bought a nice size piece of indoor/outdoor carpeting for the kids to play on.

I'm FAR from being a clean freak - very far. But, if I were any of the moms I'd have some kind of back door policy for the kids where they take their clothes off in someplace like a garage so they couldn't track all of the dust and dirt thru the house. I'd then have them immediately head for a shower or bath. I just can't imagine how much dirt they're carrying into the houses every time they play in their dirt yards.

  13. I have a problem with Kody - well more than one but - when he sits on the couch. He always looks so smug, almost as if he's saying, "Look at me, here I am with my 4 wives and my 17 kids and the knowledge I can continue to have as many as I want. Don't you wish you were me?"

I just want to slap his face every time he does that! It's very obvious in the gift video as soon as the cameraman cuts to him. Grrrrrr.

    1. I 100% agree with you. That smarmy tone and that LOOK! He is proud of himself. I guess he has accomplished something (I am not sure what). But in Kody World, he is now a big deal TV star. He has changed, or shown his real colors. That voice and look are proof positive.

    1. Without getting too graphic... I can only imagine how much give and take there is if they are still physically relating. This is Kody we're talking about here. Yes, I think Meri has seen the light.

    2. I've always thought that Meri and Kody made a good match--if they had kept a normal marriage. He is immature and she is controlling--probably a decent match. She keeps him grounded and on track.

Unfortunately, they chose to bring in other wives. I think if they had just maintained a normal marriage they might've been a reasonably average family.

She was what? 19 or so when they got married? A 19 year old virgin would have a hard enough time adjusting to married life without the pressure to race out and find more wives. They started looking for wife #2 right after they got married. That first second wife option fell through and then they chose Meri's sister in law for wife #2? Ya, like that doesn't have disaster written all over it!

      Delete
    3. Well my head is reeling Anonymous! Now I am on to the fact that perhaps Meri was subliminally chosen to be his mother prior to choosing his wives. Now that Mariah is out of the nest Kody probably likes being an "only child". Yowzah.

  21. I'm confused! I think the show must be a week behind in our market (baltimore?) The show we saw Sunday night was the one where they burn the duffel bag and Kody an Meri go on a picnic to discuss the baby subject ad nauseum. I didn't see anything about a birthday! Waahhh

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The birthday was not shown and will not be shown. Every week TLC puts up videos that were cut from the episodes, they usually make it here on an open discussion forum.

      Delete
    2. So, I'm trying to understand the duffel bag thing. If he had a duffel bag then, why doesn't he still have a duffel bag now????

He is still moving from house to house....right? He is not under one roof.

If he has a toothbrush or underwear or jeans or pink shirt or his hair therapy....he is still going to need a duffel bag to carry it....or does he have QUADRUPLE everything that he owns?

      Delete
    3. I'm guessing they think that he can just leave the house and wander over to get whatever he needs. I'm guessing the wives won't like that because he will get side-tracked and not come back home until bedtime.
What will probably happen is one of the kids in each house (not Meri's of course) will get roped into running whatever he needs over to whatever house he is in.

      Delete
  22. I think all the kids are cute as they can be, but there words about the houses being "their" houses and not rentals is so obvioulsy scripted! Think about when you were that age...did you know if your parents owned or rented their homes??
It's like I tell others who "justify" a purchase......if you work and earn the money to pay for what you bought....you don't owe anybody an explanation for it. It's when you feel like you you haven't really earned something that you continually justify why you have it!

    1. Here are things I'd like to see (akin to what we saw in the first season).

      1. Grocery shopping/food storage. Are they buying in bulk, where do they shop, do they take kids along or make one big run. Do they live completely independently in terms of their food purchases or do they split big purchases (ala sharing oversized Costco buys).

      2. What is a traditional day for them in terms of meal prep. If Janelle doesn't cook, then what does their meal-time look like (take-out food, do they go to Christine's, everybody just eat frozen and microwave it or what?) Are kids allowed to watch TV and eat, do they eat outside on the picnic tables, do they all sit at the table, eat at once or different times?

      3. On the day Kody is at a particular house, what is his routine at that house? Does he stay at that house with that wife all day or is he flitting here and there?

      4. We read on some tweet or something that there is a new dog in the "family". How many pets do they have. Can we see them interacting with them?

      5. Let's meet the neighbors at the other end of the cuddle-sac. What's it like for them to have cameras in the neighborhood or fans driving by? How do they feel about their neighbors the Browns. For that matter, let's see President Kody leading a HOA meeting on film.

      6. Do we have any idea if Meri has a lawsuit pending against her former employer for her termination? Is she suing the government for having investigated them? She claimed in her court filing statement that she could not find employment because they'd been investigated and that she'd lost her job because of the investigation (not because they were on TV). If there is some legal battle going on behind the scenes or being contemplated - that could explain some of Meri's mood. Let's find out how she feels about not having a job and if she's looking for one. If she's not, is she delaying doing so because she has a suit in the works about her prior termination.

      7. Do the Browns recycle? Do they ever buy used? What are they teaching their children about caring for the planet? (They are already populating it a lot. Are they doing anything to reduce their carbon footprint). What are they doing to save energy in Las Vegas? What will they do about landscaping (or not) their yards. All ties in.

      Delete
    2. The cameras showed their pantry in the first season. By the look of it they did a lot of shopping at the local LDS cannery. I have read that the LDS churches have their own canneries across the states, and depending on the individual Church even non members may be able to shop there.

You would be able to buy things in the large, commercial #10 cans and 50# sacks of grains for grinding, or flour and beans etc. A lot of people who actively prep their pantries for Natural Disasters buy in bulk like this and store in buckets etc. The #10 cans have a 30 year shelf life, so they would be popular.

I have a feeling, once they moved they stopped this kind of stock up purchasing, and judging by the weight gain, most people stayed inside the a/c homes and ate a lot of cheap carbs.

I did see one meal at Christine's in Utah and it looked like fish sticks, tater tots, scary cheese sauce and tortillas to make a junk food taco night. Hhmmmm. Maybe that's why Meri made the comment that she doesn't like to eat at Christine's, she doesn't like the kid's meals processed stuff. I believe that Christine said she didn't own a microwave, but there is one in her new house.

I have a feeling that the neighbors would NEVER want it to come out that they live near them. I'm sure if they wanted to play voyeur they could write their own blog/book!

      Delete
    3. There are more than a few companies who seek in bulk and #10 cans. I doubt they went to the cannery. You don't always have to be LDS to go, sometimes you need to go with a member, but they would not patron a place that doesn't accept them. The AUB may do a similar thing and provide the machines and bulk food for canning to their members? They did say they bought in bulk, Meri took the last 5 pounds of sugar in the pantry. Logan said oatmeal was the typical breakfast, he made egg burritos with salsa the one morning. The girls made crepes likely from scratch.

Agreed Anon 7:20pm. They don't have much sense of conservation. Someone tweeted Kody about having a huge carbon footprint and his response was that they were making the desert blossom! No concept whatsoever of the impact of massive cooling and heating needs in those houses, or for the ever increasing amount of water Vegas needs and the problems of where it is going to come from.

  31. Oh no, no, no, no. Kody does not need to teach any of his boys "mad skillz". I think I threw up a little in my mouth when he said that in the Pixies clip.

He like the girls because they are more sensitive and smart VS (in his mind) stupid, rough ballplayers) Hey, I have a couple of those too!

Don't jump on this about sports, see the picture that I am trying to say. Some boys are just more sensitive and like the banter with girls.

  40. I am not sure if this has been discussed yet but lets talk Janell's trainer. I guarantee you this whole "Janell is the most romantic" crap stems from the fact that she is now giving and getting attention from someone else. Janell used to not care, she was the obese wife who took care of the books, now she is making serious strides to improve her life and I'll bet Kody feels threatened. I love how Janell is just doing her thing, looking great and being happy, I suspect this is killing Meri because we all know how bitter she can be.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I LOVE this insight. Yes, yes, yes. It would help Kody to be a more compassionate individual if he, too, were to experience feelings of jealousy. It would help him to grow--as Meri asserts every week "it just makes us all better"; he could use some emotional challenges for personal reflection to make him a better person. After all, isn't this what we are all challenged by?

      Delete
    2. Anon 4:28 PM. You are so right! Janelle is actually starting to look good. It is obvious she is losing inches. She is reshaping her body.
When The old grey Met was up on the rock with Krody, there was one instant, one view of her where she looked like a linebacker! Her arms are HUGE! Bigger than Janelle's! Meri better watch out or she will be taking a back seat not just to Robin, but to Janelle too!

      Delete
    3. I doubt he will ever feel a sexual attraction to Janelle in the way he does Robyn, but he knows damn well that other people are noticing Janelle. He knows that she is shining bright like a diamond and is getting a lot of attention. This is all new for him because for so many years Janell was his
buddy and he was the star. Now, she may still be his buddy but others are giving her attention (well deserved) and that includes fans of the show and a trainer who connects with her in an intimate way that no one else ever has. How does that jealousy feel Kody?

  42. FUNNY BIRTHDAY GIFTS I WISH KODY WOULD'VE GOTTEN FROM EACH WIFE INSTEAD OF WHATEVER THEY REALLY GAVE HIM:

Christine gives Kody mock tapioca pudding in a bowl, proceedes to dump it over his head, and then say, "For Christmas you're getting nachos lover." Hahaha (:

Robyn takes out her womb and throws it on the ground.

Janelle advises him that for his birthday, because she loves him so much, she's going to spend the day with her trainer (and the night too).

    Meri gives him popcorn.

    Oh wait.......the last one happened?

Eeek. I would've hoped, secretly, she would've made lover some pastries on her wet bar and then proceeded to paint his skin with the same beloved orange tanning lotion she uses.

  43. One more thing not birthday related. I wanted to make sure my dislike of Robyn was well earned so I went and watched a few reruns online from when she first "came into the picture" and we were totally right. One of the reruns was when Christine said she was upset about the fact that Robyn and Kody had kissed before being married and that upset her. Sure as heck within a few seconds of Christine saying that, Robyn who DIDN'T LOOK SORRY ONE BIT, was crying up those fake tears on the couch interview with all the wives and Kody there. She's so FAKE, and a horrific actress. I just. Can't. Stand. Her.

Also, I am noticing that in every gathering, it seems Robyn IS RIGHT NEXT TO Kody. UGH>

    2. I can only watch season 1, and I rewatched the first few episodes not too long ago, and so much she did just didn't sit right to me. I get that they were courting, but agree with Christine that until that ceremony, he's married, NOT to her, so none of that kissing and stuff should have happened. Some of the interviews in the first few episodes were like she was just clueless, like a teenager on a date, not a divorced woman seeing a married man. "I don't want to hurt the other wives, but Kody says that's gonna happen, so oh well, lets make out while your wife is in labor, then I can come with the family to coo over the baby, because that's not gonna bother her, right?" Ugh!

      Delete
    3. Not to mention the fact that he would have to spend a few days at a time to go visit Sobbin before she moved in. Then, when she did move in, before they got married, she would have him come over a lot to "bond with her kids". I'm not a polygamist, but that would T me off to no end. Then I remember her saying "me and Kody are soulmates". Ok, that's great and all, but if you are soulmates what does that make him and the other 3? >.<

      Delete
    4. I thought that too happyincali! Robyn makes it seem like she and Kody have a relationship that surpasses the others' relationships with him.
Plus, Robyn acts like an expert on everything in the family--the other wives have been married to Krazy Kody for MANY years. Double ugh.

  44. Killa, remember where she came from. Raised in a plyg household, brainwashed into the whole cult, tries to leave, gets pregnant out of wedlock which is close to a death sentence (figuratively speaking) marries right back into the whole cult, and then fails at plyg marriage because she was the only wife for 9 years (that's very "bad" in that world) and let's top the whole thing off with divorce! She's a pariah in their world. She is mondo desperate to fit into this family and prove that she is a full on fundy sister wife. Her desperation to be accepted is very sad. And she's thinner and younger than the other wives which is not exactly an endearing trait.

Truthfully, I feel sorry for her. Meri and Janelle could make it in the real world outside of the cult, but Robyn and Christine wouldn't stand a chance. :o(

I was wondering, what would happen if Kody passed away, would these women stick together? I think not.
I would hope that Janelle would run, not walk, as far away as possible. Sobbin would be running after her, crying, "Wait, what about me, I don't know how to do anything?" (She would be a great soap actress).

  49. There are a few things that come to mind....
First, why would a business that is trying to promote a line called "Be Values" and that one of the partners that is so troubled about her own values of the past want to work with a casino? I worked in Vegas for a few years and NO casino promotes values of any kind. This tells me that it truly is about the $$ and that they will do or say anything for ratings and the all mighty buck.

Second, I have traveled all over the world due to my dads job when I was young, I was then in the service, I recently moved back to the U.S. from MX for a short time and will return shortly... some of the trips I have been on have gone through 3 to 4 airports in order to get to our destination... there is NOTHING about traveling to several countries, no matter the time it took to give blood or not...Just checked with the Red Cross again ... yah, nada... there are SOME countries that if you travel through them there is a waiting period but that's it...besides, I truly think Mariah is WAY too lazy to go to any of those countries, they are the ones that people actually go to to help other people. Might be just me, but I think she is a snit and on another note, how did they afford to send her to 6 countries?? Sure she is not confused and is thinking STATES??

And last... as many times as the Browns say they are in plural marriage because the WANT to is CRAP!! Fundamentalist Mormons (AUB & FLDS) believe they live plural or they will never get to Zoin (Heaven) It is their salvation. The kids will say they have a "choice" but the only choice in this religion is polygamy... or they will never be with their family in the after life.. They will live it or they will be damned.. does not seem like much of a choice to me...

      Delete
    3. Cara,

The whole "you must live a plural marriage to get to heaven" thing is why I think Robyn is so desperate to be part of this family. She is so needy but I guess if you thought your eternal salvation was on the line you would be very desperate.

I love snarking about these nut jobs as much as the next person (seriously, Kotex is funny!) but there is such a sad, sad side to the whole screwed up train wreck.

      Delete
    4. That is the issue that worries me. Most of Janelle's kids (the older ones) do not want to be polygamous. Kody and crew seem to be fine with that. However, behind the scenes, when the cameras are off, I suspect they will and probably are putting pressure on those kids. I hope that they will have the maturity to realize that this religion is not real and that they can live their lives without polygamy and still be found to be in favor of God.

    6. My daughter gives blood every six months now at college, and they ask the travel questions each time. She has a friend who lived in Germany as a child who's not allowed to give blood, and I know there are other places that, if you've been there within a certain time period, you cannot give blood. There maybe a "waiting period" of a few years after travel before you can give blood for some of those, but there definitely are restrictions like that.

    3. Back in my college days (when we fended off dinosaurs with loose leaf notebooks in the snow) there were specific dorm floors that were "quiet" floors. They had sound restrictions 24 hours a day. You had to sign up for that floor and they would toss you off with as little as two infractions.

Usually there are rules about no loud music etc after 10 or 11 pm and midnight on the weekends.

Living in a dorm teaches you a LOT about how to concentrate with a lot of distractions around you.

The neighbors television, MANY neighbors' televisions....
The girl who is always fighting with her boyfriend and slams her door, over and over and over to work out her aggression
The incessant cryer who goes from room to room looking for sympathy
      The stoners
      The afternoon sloppy drunks
The girl who never comes home at night but leaves her alarm on and it goes off for 2 hours at 6 am. Not sure if this is still an issue. Do people still use plug in alarm clocks?
The roommate who invites all her friends into the room at 2 am, but you have to sleep because you get up at 6am.

I can imagine that it's lots of fun when you are used to a well ordered, quiet home run by your "single" mother and you are an only child who gets everything your way. :)

    1. yeah, I agree. It's like putting lipstick on a pig (plyg?)....If you like sweetened cream of wheat, why try to dress it up as pretend "tapioca"? It will still be cream of wheat no matter what you do, and by trying to thinly disguise it as "mock tapioca" you just show yourself to have a lesser opinion of the cream of wheat on its own merit.

Yes, quite the metaphor for polygamy, it seems.

      Delete
    2. I disagree somewhat. I have never had tapioca or cream of wheat so maybe my point is unfounded but I make a mock cherry cheese cake which taste similar to cheese cake but has no cream cheese and it is AMAZING. Or no bake cheese cake.. which has no cream cheese. It is just a way of describing something that tastes similar. Again I could be wrong because I have never tried either tapioca or cream wheat.

If Christine can't put tapioca in her tapioca then call it something else--like breakfast pudding or cream of wheat surprise.

If you are going to have fake tapioca then you might as well have a fake husband with no legal marriage certificate....wait...Oh, now I get it! Mock tapioca is a metaphor for her whole life!!

    5. Sounds about as good as "mock" ramen noodles. Why would anyone make an imitation of it - why not just eat the real thing? Tapioca is hardly caviar price.

    6. i've had enough cream of wheat AND tapioca both in my lifetime and i can't for the life of me ever think how cream of wheat could POSSIBLY resemble the taste nor texture of tapioca! i'm a huge texture critic when it comes to food and those are completely different textures no matter what.

someone way back when this Mock Tapioca was first being discussed here that tapioca was very expensive and that's why Christina made a "mock" version of it. hard to buy into since her huge recipe only calls for 1 1/2 cups of it, so even if she doubles it (like she says she does) it would be 3 cups total. the amount of milk and the eggs it calls for have got to cost more than the cost of the tapioca!

anyway, i think just because Christina does and LIKES to "cook" (she uses a lot of instant and highly processed foods out of cans and boxes) she automatically gets credit for being a GOOD cook as well - which is a whole different subject!

As far as joo-reey (in our neck of the woods) is concerned, they create a die, it has to be sent to a fac-reey, a cast made with a minimum order (of at least 10,000 units or so)then lots of other cost considerations involved (they put up the Kody Kash or an investor does) and it sells or doesn't. Either way, someone is on the hook for the custom Ikonic joooreey pieces and the cost of manufacturing. Not such a small thing they are doing and not so easy to just bolt from if it doesn't work out.

    1. I am unable to give blood because I lived in England 20 odd years ago when they had mad cow disease. So it is possible that there are some sort of restrictions, especially as she went to so many different places.

    2. You do have to report even European countries you've visited (per our local donation site). They then make the decision.

Her tweet was just a passive aggressive way of bragging she'd been to Europe. Gee. Wonder where she learned to be p/a.

    3. I just gave blood in Canada, and of course they are different but if I was in England since 1973 I couldn't give blood. I thought it was odd.

    4. I smell BS! When I lived in Colombia I could give blood in the US when I was there on vacay and so did a lot of other people on vacay there (from other countries like Venezuela).

  60. The most interesting thing I find about the Brown's move from Utah is that they ended up in the most friendly corporate tax shelter state (step aside Delaware) in the nation, and sans the Caymans.

(can't nest at this count so just quoting)

THIS is an interesting observation !!

Could it be that Kody and Co, are actually dumb like foxes??
Could it be that as well as having nada scruples about outright lying and inventing hollow scenarios and fabricating their history to further their notoriety, they also are financially shrewd enough to go where the tax structure is friendly to would-be scammers?

And where the fame is instantly more attainable than anywhere else?
    Could KodyKreep be that smart??
    Perish the thought !!

    1. There is quite a web of interconnections between thier various business associates. I suspect the Browns were approached by people (already loosely connected to one another through other business dealings) who want to capitalize off of their plyg show "fame". Maybe a lawyer or tax advisor suggested they move to Nevada to cut their tax burden. They could have gone to Montana or Wyoming where family (and ex-family) live - but they chose Nevada where they have no family. (We still don't know if Meri is going to do anything legally about having been terminated - which could potentially net some kind of settlement. Maybe they were looking ahead and hoping to shelter money from that should it materialize). Honestly, I think the most logical reason they chose Nevada was that the people who are "marketing" them are there or the production company would rather film there than Lehi. The kids can say all they want that they prefer Nevada - and in the long run perhaps it will be a way for them to get out of the plyg lifestyle when they grow up - but it was still sad that they had to go move somewhere away from their friends, church community and a home which seemed to really bring them all together (except Sobbyn - and really does anybody care that Kody had to drive a bit to get to his love muffin?) I am waiting for the "tell all" from Janelle when she (hopefully) eventually leaves. It may not be until the children are older - but hopefully she will. I could see Janelle making money in real estate, a tell-all book dishing about what really was behind their business ventures etc... And then there's the t-shirts (frumpy we hope) she can sell that simply read..... "I Ran, Therefore I Am". Sorry... rambling...

If anybody in the Klown Car had the smarts to pull off solid, workable business deals it would be Janelle and she is pulling back from all of it (she opted out of investing in the gym, has pulled back from MSWC).

  65. Are you telling me that the so-called "Mock Tapioca Pudding" that is the kid's favorite food so much so that they named it in last year's Q&A as well as this year's Q&A.... is simply Cream of Wheat???? I feel like someone just took my purity from me and threw it on the floor.

  66. The Kotex Klown needs a new hobby. Someone needs to explain to him that women and children are NOT collectibles. Bobbleheads? Yes! A shot glass from anyplace you've every visited? OK! Wives? Not so much.....

Listen Jack, if there isn't a category on Ebay where you can sell your collectibles when you get sick of them, then don't collect that item!

  67. Has anyone strung together the many various scences of Meri crying from different episodes in a youtube video!?
So much material to work with if I were computer savvy !
I would have the sisterwives opening credit as the voice over playing as Meri orange face is crying and crying and crying yet again.
