Off Topic Friday 4/19/13 Does Anyone Know When the New Season 2013 Starts?

That's right. This is the place where you can discuss almost anything you want, as long as it is within SWB Guidelines.

Want to discuss the Jodi Arias trial? This is the place...

Want to share something you read? Or a video you watched?

Yep, this is the place...And nope, we have no idea when the new season will start!

Jodi Arias Trial Watch

Can we talk?

I have had it up to HERE with HLN's coverage. When I first started watching this trial, HLN would breakaway EVERY TWO MINUTES for a THREE MINUTE COMMERCIAL !! It doesn't take a Dr. DeMarte to figure out viewers were missing out on a lot of the trial.

So fast forward to the present. HLN has learned it's lesson...they no longer play up the LIVE coverage of the trial - it is now called CONTINUOUS coverage, meaning they pause the tape during the commercials and then press "play" when they return from the commercials. The thing is, they still have those damn commercials every 2 minutes!

The coverage now continues about 2 hours after the court goes into recess for the day. I suppose I shouldn't complain, but I would rather watch this trial sitting on my couch rather than online. Just more comfortable, know what I mean?

And those commercials...if I see one more commercial for reverse mortgages, mesothelioma, Barret's syndrome, Penn Jillette selling eyeglasses, a hands free cell phone mount for cars, Autotrader.com, etc etc etc,  I will scream!!

There, I feel much better now. Anyway, Out of the three expert witnesses, Dr DeMarte seems to be the best so far, however, I think the defense was still able to gain some points on cross. But the highlight of today was watching defense attorney Nuormi actually LAUGH during Martinez' re-direct when Dr DeMarte explained she would never give a client candy or a gift because that could "make me biased !" Take THAT, Wilmott !!

And what was the deal with Arias scribbling (or drawing) so furiously on Wednesday that the Judge had to cancel court because Arias developed a migraine? I did notice today her scribbling was almost non existent. I'm thinking her defense attorneys must have told her to PAY ATTENTION, YOU ARE ON TRIAL FOR YOUR LIFE, BIMBETTE!!

What's Happening With Those Krazzeeee Browns?

Lots of birthdays happening this past week....

And besides celebrating Breanna's and Aurora's birthdays, Mommie Dearest made sure fans knew more products were in store for MSWC...Now, if only she would answer when the show is coming back on...

Surprise Surprise!! I didn't expect Robyn to wish dear sisterwife Christine a Happy one, that was really quite nice of her. (Checking weather report for Hell because I think it just froze over)
But guess who didn't express birthday wishes to Christine? Strangely enough, it was that love-couple supreme (not to mention legal), Kody and Meri !! Maybe they did it privately or something...

It's almost as if the honeymoon (sorry Robyn I couldn't resist) is over between Meri and Robyn. Remember, Meri did say that Robyn was the sisterwife she always wanted, but instead of birthday wishes Meri tweets her wedding picture and what I suppose was her bouquet the day after her bonus child's birthday.  Talk about passive-aggressive, YIKES!!

This is how sweet Meri deals with a fan asking why they refuse to say when the new season begins...

Good to know Meri is now sprinting...hey didn't Janelle mention she was jogging now?

And she really should  quit the forgiveness crap...we get it, someone is in the doghouse so please cut to the chase and just tell us WHO IT IS!!
Of course, Kody stays true to his love of wrestling...even if it's Hunter he's tangling with...must have been Janelle's night. I know it's not Meri's McMansion because I see those hated sliding doors.

Janelle's birthday wish to Christine was short and sweet...but I knew she would wish her bestie a happy one...

And Christine, who rarely tweets, tweeted a birthday picture of lovely Truely !

Of course, Christine retweeted this tweet sent out by Maddie....

And how sweet for Maddie and Aspyn to wish her a happy one...

  1. I wonder why it's wrestling with Kody? With most dads it's baseball or soccer or lacrosse...wrestling?

  2. I don't understand what the deal is with the Browns showing some kind of interest in their reality show. It seems they just don't understand their fans are interested but responses like Meri's turn fans away. Would it hurt to give a positive answer like I really appreciate your asking --the announcement will come from TLC. It almost seems like Meri can't stand fans and the show that built those houses they live in. Their businesses must be hot messes! They have no clue.

    1. I wonder why honey boo boo got to announce they were coming back? Or maybe they did it after TLC did it? In any case, I think they don't know because it's not certain that they will be back on. With honey boo boo being ratings gold, theirs was for certain.

    2. Seems if the show is a hit TLC doesn't care. If the show is on the downward slide it makes sense for TLC to say any announcements about future seasons must be announced by TLC. But the Browns just have no social skills and come across as being uninterested and that it is TLC problem not theirs. I agree with the twitter that it is rude not to answer fans about it!

I wonder if the Browns are negotiating for more money? Didn't TLC announce to the news media the show was renewed at the end of last season?

    3. They really are clueless about how they need to treat their fans. They aren't A list movie stars who can get away with brushing off their fans. They are z list reality stars whose show has a very short shelf-life.Their lack of polite or any responses to fans, refusing to take pictures with fans until after they eat, and refusing to take pictures at all because they are "too busy" is asinine. They should be grateful to every fan and be putting themselves out there more if they want to stay relevant.
However, I think the Brown family is living in some fantasy bubble where they think their show is going to last forever, and that if it ends on TLC they can get another show or gig. They are on minute 13 right now and may only have 1 season left of their show. If it weren't for this blog, I would already have stopped watching the show. It seems like TLC is over them, they must be difficult to work with and not bringing in the interest anymore. The only way I see this family staying relevant is if they get a new wife or if a wife leaves.

  3. I'll get a lot done at home today and Monday - no Arias trial.

IMHO, Dr. DeMarte is fantastic. She's going toe-to-toe with the defense attorney (Willmot), and making her look like an idiot. Actual events from yesterday:

Wilmott: Would it have been helpful for you to go back and follow up on what Travis meant in some of his e-mail communications?

DeMarte: It would, but I can't do that. He's not alive.

Wilmott: So if someone is not alive, you can't ask them for additional information? (YES, she really did ask this!)

DeMarte: No, because they're not alive. (I thought her eyes were going to pop out of her head with that response.)

    And .....................

Wilmott's questions were sometimes so convoluted that DeMarte would have to ask her (sometimes several times) to repeat or explain her questions. At one point, they were talking about text messages that Travis sent which contained unkind words. Wilmott asked a question with several different points in it, and DeMarte asked her to rephrase it. As they narrowed down the question, DeMarte finally asked, "Exactly what phrase of Travis' are you referring to with your question?" Very loud, very clear, in a quiet courtroom, Wilmott looked at her and said,

    "JODI IS A WHORE."

I was laughing out loud . . . yep, have your "defense" attorney state the obvious, in case anyone missed it in the last 3 months.

I am SOOOOOO addicted to this trial!!!

  4. "May your day be filled with sparkle rainbows" WTF?!?!? I guess sparkle rainbows only exist in ChristineLand, where polygamy and sister wives are the best and only way to live and where men aren't such BASTRDS!!

    1. Even though she probably meant sparkly or sparkling rainbows (whatever the heck those are), that sounds like the right thing to wish Christine. We all know she lives in a world where she and her daughters are Nordic princesses and Kody slays the monogamous dragon for them. In any case, she does sound like a fun, albeit simple, personality to hang with. Her kids are do cute, especially the baby.

    2. Poor Christine, she really does seem to live in a fantasy land. Too bad the wicked witch Robyn came and messed up her happy fairy-tale life with Kody! I don't think she is ever going to be as happy as she was before Robyn and the show.
Her kids are really cute though and I don't doubt she is the best mom she can be. I also find it interesting that her "bonus" kids actually appear to love her and have a real connection to her, something I don't see the kids having with any of the other "moms" who aren't biologically theirs.

  5. About the HLN Arias trial coverage...
Yes, it is excruciating to have to watch their marathon of commercials and fill-ins. I get that they have to pay their bills, but this routine is ridiculous.
So I have the live stream going online if I can and DVR HLN, letting it get as far ahead as possible and then watch while buzzing through all the interruptions.

Watching Arias relentlessly copying/writing/erasing, completely ignoring all that is going on, is fascinating considering the severity of the case and potential outcome for her.
Talk about your classic pathological avoidance !!!! Even Casey Anthony was instructed by her lawyers to sit there and fake paying attention.
You wonder if Arias's lawyers are afraid of what she will do if she was told to actually focus on the testimony....?
I do wonder what the jury is thinking about her behavior. They are now 3 months into leaving their jobs, lives and daily time with their families for this psychopath murderer, having to sit there and listen attentively, lest they be thrown off. Meanwhile she gets to play arts and crafts and ignore all that is happening.

My favorite moment of yesterday was when annoying-voice Willmot asked DeMarte something like if she had followed up with Travis's words on an email for further clarification...
and DeMarte replied, "No, I didn't....since he isn't alive."

I agree, the defense made a few *very small* points on cross..none of which can mitigate the mountain of evidence the state has on Arias.
But then I think of the Casey Anthony verdict.....??!!
Could there be another jury like that??

    1. Want to add if Arias had another migraine headache this week resulting in yet another delay in court time, it is unlikely that she could have been so focused in her writing/copying/erasing all that morning.
A migraine headache makes close up eye work next to impossible.
Just more $$ down the drain for the Maricopa County taxpayers.

Also had to laugh at Willmott's attempt to mimic Martinez's interrogation style. Not only was it a laughable fail on her part, it was as if she kept a list of the exact questions he asked of Samuels and LaViolette and went down the list....even if they were often ridiculously not relevant or logical to DeMarte's report.

I almost felt sorry for her as she tried to be like him in her manic-mode, high-pitched voice.
She sounded so silly and desperate.

    2. A migraine headache makes close up eye work next to impossible.

The people I know that suffer from migraines have said the same thing. No way could she be doing all that doodling and erasing with a migraine.

I believe her "maniacal" drawing/writing/erasing was her way of blotting out Dr DeMarte - avoidance behavior like you mentioned above. I don't think she fooled anyone.

I DO think that Arias attorneys laid down the law for her to stop all the writing/drawing and pay attention. I noticed when Arias did start writing again, she slid her notebook over to Nurmi who read what she wrote then slid the notebook back to her without saying a word. Nurmi's body language makes me think he doesn't care for her at all and he almost always sits at a slight angle facing away from her.

On a side note, I wonder how many in the jury also thought Arias was trying to block out DeMarte's testimony with her frantic scribbling.

Oh, and I noticed that her convicted arsonist friend Donavan hasn't been present lately in the gallery and no new tweets on twitter.

I heard Tuesday will be the Walmart representative.

    3. "Nurmi's body language makes me think he doesn't care for her at all and he almost always sits at a slight angle facing away from her."

Hadn't thought about that...you're right. That is interesting and telling.
And if Willmott is up away from the defense table, he never even looks at Arias, let alone speaks to her.
But then again, both of them are creepy, undesirable seat mates.

      Delete
    4. In addition to eye work being impossible for someone with a migraine headache, so is listening or even hearing conversation, or being in a well lit room. Sufferers go into their dark quiet bedroom, and try to sleep it off. Mine take all day to go away once they start.

      Delete
    5. Same here regarding migraines. Mine are more light-reactive than bothered by noise, but if I tried to write or draw during or after having one, I'd be very sorry. Great points about the avoidance of DeMarte (or anyone who can see through arias... I'm sure there's more scribbling to come), and Nurmi (who I agree looks creeped out by his client) and his body language.

This trial is turning into the War and Peace of trials. It's taking forever!

So...I decided for some reason to [research the] records for the McMansions..and made some interesting discoveries.[deleted]... The first thing that jumped out at me and smacked me upside the head is that the deeds recorded for these houses are "grant, bargain, and sale deeds." These are NOT mortgages. This means the Browns (and Sullivan) own these houses outright. If they had a mortgage on the house, the deed would be titled "mortgage" or "deed of trust." It would also include the amount financed, etc...

    ...Very, very interesting....

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. The deeds recorded on their homes, regardless of whether they're grant deeds, warranty deeds or quitclaim deeds, doesn't really concern me as it does Anonymous 2:44 pm.. The type of deed recorded is irrelevant IMO. What is telling, however, is that there does NOT appear to be any mortgages and/or deeds of trust recorded in conjunction with those deeds. So, to that extent, one could agree with this poster's suggestion that those houses were either purchased for cash, or for some reason, the finance company has not recorded the mortgages (which I CANNOT think of ONE good reason not to). Interesting, indeed...

      Delete
    2. Now that is interesting. Color me shocked. I thought Christine said a while back that her goal or dream was to have the houses paid for in X amt of time. Very slippery, Christine. First she said they didn't even get the houses, and now they are owned outright by them. Lies give me a headache so bad my HAIR hurts.

      Delete
    3. Yet next season will be all about them whining how hard it is to pay the mortgage and they still don't own the houses and EVERTHING relies on the jewelry business taking off!

      Delete
    4. All the properties in the cul-de-sac are recorded in the same manner as the Browns. So maybe that information isn't available for free online? That would explain the missing information.

      Delete
    5. It appears to me that there ARE mortgages. If you search by the parcel number, the Deed of Trust to the other party shows up. Christine and Janell used the same company, and Kody/Meri and Robyn used another company.

      Delete
    6. I looked up the records last year as they were building the houses, and (to be honest) don't care enough about it to search for them again. At that time, there were mortgages, and they were with some company that is known (infamous?) for creative financing.

      No way they paid cash.

      Delete
    7. There is one site (propertyshark.com) that used to give the mortgage/lienholder info for free on almost any address you could type in - now they require you to have a paid subscription as i found out last time I logged in. Of course if you go to the clerks office I suppose you could look thru the physical records gratis...

      Delete
    8. There are some very INTERESTING DEFINITIONS of this 'GRANT BARGAIN SALE DEEDS' .... and I would ask you all to read up on the term.

One definition is 'The Grant, Bargain and Sale Deed is a type of a deed which the seller issues it to the buyer of a certain property which is currently held by the seller. The deed suggests that the seller is ready to grant the privileges of the property by transferring the buyer's name in the property. The deed mentions that the seller is transferring the property to the buyer's name but is not providing him with any warranties.'

One site lists the different typesof 'GB&SD' -http://cheap.info4uabout.com/2010/01/understanding-grant-bargain-sale-deed.html

Not truely understanding all things LEGAL.. I am not not totally sure.. but it sounds like the Browns have LEGAL USE of the PROPERTIES.. BUT THE SELLERS still have ownership in some way.

How does it sound to the rest of you??? I mean, that would make sense. The builders are the owners-so no mortgages-and the Browns pay fees. After the show gets cancelled, they leave. After all, HOW WOULD THEY AFFORD THIS?? Even if they got paid, say, $50k an episode, and they saved every cent (not possible with all their trips off camera to disney, etc. )-they still would not have the money to buy these custom houses outright.

      Delete
    9. I decided to look up the deeds, and there are Deeds of Trust filed for the homes, from what I consider pretty disreputable companies.

      Delete
  9. if it is true they own the homes outright then they actually did something smart. It also means they've flat out lied to their viewers....remember financed washers and dryers? Getting approved in that dramatic way? maybe someone else lent them cash? But none of this makes sense just adds more questions!!!

    ReplyDelete
  10. xxenia....That's why I called the clerk. They don't exist. I, too, was sure they had to be somewhere...If you look around on the site, there are plenty of mortgages (deeds of trust) there...but none of those properties.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. I'm seeing what Xxenia saw...all the parcels in the cul de sac are recorded in the same manner, and that includes the houses that don't belong to the Browns. Sorry, but I think this is a red herring.

      Delete
  11. IF they financed these houses, then they used something for security other than the homes themselves. Otherwise, we, my dear SWB friends, have been flat out lied too.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. First of all, because they purchased four homes, they certainly didn't pay
full price for them. Also, if Christine and Janelle have their RE lisence's before closing, they also get a commission on the houses. If the women are
doing really good, they could be making lots of money.
I just wonder if Janelle and Christine have to put it in the pot for Meri,
      Kody and Robyn?

I have a question, if Pylg becomes legal, does that mean, for examply...Kody will have to pay for all his children until they're 18 or when they finish
higher education? Also, how about alimony? It might be good for the women
and lousy for women...sounds good to me.

      Delete
    2. I just wonder if Janelle and Christine have to put it in the pot for Meri, Kody and Robyn?

Janelle supported Christine, Meri, Kody and Robyn when she was working for the state of Utah, so I don't think that would change for them.

      Delete
    3. Chemobrain - I've never bought a house myself, but I believe that the true actual purchase price needs to be reported to the Clark County Assessor. especially since they financed it. Buying a house isn't like buying a car, you can't lie about how much you paid because it's public record.

Mona isn't about to give up HER commission - it's her living!!! She's the one who earned it, and as far as I know, neither Janelle nor Christine are fully licensed as yet. The real estate business, especially (I imagine) in LV, is highly competitive.

I would imagine it doesn't matter if Kody is married to all four wives or not. He's still those kids' dad, and is legally responsible to assist supporting them, until they become adults. The existence of a marriage license matters not. Alimony - well...you can't get blood from a turnip...I think 90 percent of his life Kody will be a turnip. once the show is over, I can see the browns floundering around like Kate Gosselin. At least Jon G. seems to have given up any pipe dream about a TV show career and is working a real job.

    4. Speaking of TMI Realty, i notice they changed the email address to TeamBrownVegas (remember it was "sisterwifes" - spelled incorrectly? lol)

      Delete
    5. DJ - Isn't part of the "bleeding the beast" thing to put "unknown" in the father's name spot on welfare forms? I don't know if the Browns did this, but it seems like it could be plausible that they did. If so, then not only would Kody not have been responsible for his brood previously, but it would remain questionable whether he is presently legally obligated to so.

Which would then lead to a question of possible past welfare fraud, for not putting his name in the correct spot, wouldn't it? I haven't read their book, so don't know if it was addressed at all or not.

Either way, I don't typically see the words "kody" and "responsible" in the same sentence. Lol!

      Delete
    6. Birth certificates make no difference these days - the court could order paternity DNA tests. Done all the time.

      Delete
    7. The only reason the court would order a paternity test is if the mother were suing for child support, or that state (or federal) government was pursuing a case against the dead-beat dad. None of these is the case in the Brown's situation and therefore Christine, Janelle and Robyn are free and clear to request government assistance in the event they find themselves unable to churn out enough gaudy, overpriced trinkets. I am starting to think that legalizing polygamy rather than decriminalizing it is actually a better scenario for the average Joe tax payer.

      Delete
    8. We don't even know if Kody isn't listed on the birth certificates - it's not like he's keeping his family situation a secret.

      Delete
    9. Sorry... I meant putting "unknown" on the welfare forms themselves, not the bc. And I was agreeing with you, just asking about Kody's actual legal responsibility, if they did not list him as a father.

ac4prez - I don't think either legalizing or decriminalizing it would matter. They would still bleed the beast, say the father is unknown, and if it were legalized I doubt many MEN would do it. That would make them obligated to their mistresses. My opinion, though. :)

I truly laughed out loud when I read that. 30 years ago when I consulted an attorney regarding the possibility of getting alimony from the husband I was divorcing (whose income had been declining for a number of years), she gave me this advice. "You can't get blood out of a turnip, and let's face it - you married a turnip!"

She and I talked about the emotional drain it would be to pursue him for spousal support, and I decided it really wasn't worth it. I just wanted him out of my life.

Just wondering who is going to responsible for paying for the kids health insurance when Obamacare goes into effect and is required by the government? I am pretty sure that no one has health insurance as the Brown's would rather spend money on vacations. Will the mom's have to pay out of their 1/4 allotment, or will Kody pay? If the mom's are forced to pay, this will be a good deal for Meri, as she will have no dependents to provide for.

  15. Let me start by saying I used to watch the sisterwives show for what I thought would be both an education in polygamy and how this very unique family works. I was hooked, invested in what they were originally selling... an alternative lifestyle, a different religious belief system and a happy family that was fully functional and I wanted to know more!

Several very short "seasons" later and having found this blog... I no longer watch the show. However, I do read here. I have to admit that isn't really due to the Brown family anymore though either. I come here for the serious posts, to be a voyeur on the snark/laughs/and my favorite "you must be in the wrong living room" comments. I don't care if the Browns are ever back on tv again because the episodes seem too contrived to be believable. I honestly believe the show is on the air due mostly to this blog providing some ideas and keeping some viewership up just so people can then come back here and gossip.

Finally, a quick comment on the houses... the show salary for the so few episodes even including book deals etc does not seem like it could pay for 2 million in houses. Didn't a previous thread state the closing price for each house and didn't it show that they had mortgages because someone was surprised a big name lender qualified them for loans?

  16. This may be a stupid question but what exactly counts towards ratings of a show? It is just the viewers that watch when the show airs? What about DVR and Netflix or Hulu viewers? With all the latest and greatest technology, how do the networks determine which shows have great followings?

    ReplyDelete

    1. I think they only count the viewers that watch off tv during the actual show times. The Duggars' ratings have been down as well because their viewer base is watching on the computer (it's been speculated that they don't have cable). The computer views seem to count only by the mere fact that people are showing interest so they keep airing the show. I think the Browns' numbers are down simply because they suck, and computer views have zilch to do with that.

I spoke with my husband, Mr. Contrari, who works for Nielsen ratings to get a better understanding of how ratings work. The ratings that we the public typically see, such as the top ten shows of the week, are the households watching the program live plus those who recorded it on DVR and watched with-in 24 hours. Advertisers and TV stations buy more in-depth ratings, really plunge into the numbers. There are ratings calculations for things like DVR watched in 1 day, 2 day, all the way up to 7 day at which time, it is a lost cause. There are ratings numbers for viewership via any one of "3 screens" Tv, computer, smart phone calculated weekly. Ratings can be broken down by household or by person, and further by age group, and so forth. And these are just a few examples. You can bet that TLC carefully examines the numbers of all of their programs, and makes decisions based on that.

    3. @Meri Quite Contrari...I'm curious about Nielsen ratings. Do they still have Nielsen 'families' that are monitored, or is everyone's cable system monitored? I've always wondered how that works. Can you explain further? I find this stuff fascinating!

    4. Twisted SisterWife,
Here's some info about how the tv/Neilsen ratings work, when info is posted, how they get their figures, what advertisers/networks use when renewing or cancelling shows, etc.

Go to www.nielsen.com and check their top 10 lists to see top shows of the week. Data contained there includes total number of viewers as well as the "Ratings" which are the percentage of TV homes in the U.S. tuned into television at the time when programs are airing. Also on the website is an explanation about the set box. Nielsen uses the set box to determine who's watching what. Using a random sampling, they ask a cross-section of households to host the set box for a period of time. Households are not paid to do this. Nielsen cannot access cable boxes of the public at large, only those who agree to be a Nielsen family by hosting a set box.

  19. Christine and Janelle always remind me of a mom and step mom who actually enjoy each other, can laugh at the man who they have/had in common, and work together to coparent. Mary is the nasty first wife no one talks about, and Robin is the woman the husband just ran off with that everyone has to deal with but no one really likes.

The only difference of course is that all these women still have to rotate with the man in question whereas in a more typical American family only Robin would still have to keep a pair of running shoes at the house for him.

I think Mariah and Janelle's kids are close with Christine because she was the stay at home mom for them all of those years. They have a real emotional bond with her.

The picture of Christine and Aspyn is really pretty, they appear really happy in it...however, it is also staged...Aspyn's hair strikes me as overly fancy for a regular day (though this could be Easter Sunday hair.) and the photography has that washed out look that is really in with professional photographers these days. But regardless of who took it, or if it was a spontaneous moment, they do appear to be lighthearted in the picture, which is nice to see after Christine's hard couple of years.

Though...it strikes me that this season we might learn that Robin has always dreamed of being a photoGRAPHer or some such...

Did anyone else notice that the wrestling picture is a pretty good shot of Janelle's current weight loss situation? I know she has said on her blog that she has plateaued but she still appears to be at a much healthier body weight. Her posture makes it hard to tell exactly of course (gah, I have to say I would hate it if strangers were discussing my weight an posture!!) but I think she doesn't have nearly the weight around her abdomen that she used to, and I am thinking there is a hint of a new waist even, which must make her feel like a million dollars!

I have to watch the shows when they pop up on youtube and before they are yanked down again, so these picture tweets are almost as much fun for me, lol.

Final note: Meri's wedding picture=most passive aggressive tweet on the planet. If there were twitter awards I would absolutely make that a write in nomination. I wonder...could that be called "Keep-Sweet-Mean"? That woman...oh, that woman. Seeing how miserable and angry she is all the time, it's no wonder Christine never wanted to be the first wife. I can just imagine how stinky the lives of the first wives must seem to the daughters.

    I'm blathering. Sorry!

I think the picture of Christine and Aspyn might be part of her senior pictures.. Because there is another one on twitter of just Aspyn. She is graduating this year.. right? I thought that the picture of Christine and Aspyn was cute just a little cheesy and does looked staged, however the one of just Aspyn is super cute.

    2. Traci, your observation about Janelle and Christine and their children seems right. Also, Mariah, who spent lots of childhood time with the others, seems to still spend time with that group without Meri being included. LOL When I saw the wrestling photo it made me wonder how often "family night" occurs at either Meri or Robyn's house? And if Robyn's children are comfortable just dropping by to mix with the rest of the family. I do wish the show had shown more about the real family dynamic and lots less couch time with the "bawling Browns" (Robyn and Meri).

      Delete
    3. When you say family night do you mean when all 4 families meet at one house? I think that only happens on special occasions. And didn't Meri say in their book that Robyn was always dropping by her house with her kids? I thought what a sneaky way to get more time with Kody by dropping in on each wife's night with Kody. I have to say it looks like something is wrong between Meri and Robyn. Meri might be mad at her for suggesting she looked good in that tight bandage dress.

    5. Me too! I think watching their real life interactions would have been much more fascinating than all of the manufactured situations they have created. Then again, my favorite part of Duck Dynasty is when the men are just sitting around the office bs-ing, likewise, my favorite part of Dance Moms (apart from the amazing dancing) is when the moms just sit around in the mezzanine wisecracking.

I really would enjoy watching the two moms hanging out with that mess of kids during meal times. :) Give me a half hour of that madness anytime. :)

    6. Even though Christine and Aspyn may have been "posed" in that setting, I do believe that they were actually laughing together. I don't think they could fake that look.

    7. Anon.6:43 I probably should have said "almost all of the family night". Janelle, Christine and their children plus Mariah constitute a big portion of the Brown family. Do Meri and Robyn +kids feel free to just drop in for dinner at all houses in the cuddle-sac? I think my curiosity is whether we see four distinct families with "please call ahead if you're going to visit" boundaries or one big family with 4 houses and separate sleeping arrangements.

In Utah when they all lived in the same house with separate apartments, it looked like everyone had lots of contact with all the rest of the family members. Kody and the older children really seemed to miss that when they got to LV while the moms seemed to like having their own houses and distance between the homes. Now that they are again living "cheek and jowl", I am curious about how its all working out????

I'm also surprised the show was renewed. As soon as I saw the commercials, I immediately started googling :-) from what I could find, the second season of Breaking Amish is actually a spin off with the same cast members titled Breaking Amish: Brave New World. There is talk that there will be another season of the original Breaking Amish with newly shunned cast members. The BA-Brave new world is set in Sarasota, Fla which is only an hour and a half away from me. There's this Amish restaraunt that some of my family likes to eat at when they're down there and apparently Kate (the wannabe model) works there part time. I might have to check it out soon! And I believe on the interview episode last season that Rebecca clarified that her baby was not Abes. She had the baby with her first husband who she basically described as a nightmare.

  22. Again, I will suggest to the Browns that they get some sort of PR person to help them with how to respond to fan requests. Heck they could probably get a starry eyed fan to do it for them for free. If you want to preserve your 'brand' and livelihood, you don't dismiss fans by responding snippily to requests about the show returning. And Meri really need to rethink he tweets altogether. I can't think of one tweet that she hasn't been sending some sort of 'message' to either Kody or one of the Sistewives. And don't be petty, Meri. Let Janelle just do her jogging and getting healthy, you don't need to tweet about how YOU are "sprinting" which is so much "harder" than "just jogging". Could Meri be any more petty and unkind?

  23. "And to think Meri wants to work with at risk teenagers. Scary thought."

Hmmmm...."At Risk" is a relative term. It *could* be applied to children of Plyg families.

It could apply if you consider the blatant lack of one-on-one, consistent *paternal* attention and mentoring.

Also could apply if you consider the potential inner conflicts of children growing up watching your mother struggle to be valued (and often losing the battle), growing up knowing your father routinely has sex with other women and knowing your family is so different that others look at you as an oddity.
And specifically in the Browns' case, you have to endure and tolerate having the world watching your private moments, statements...and your appearance.

Meri, Perhaps you need to first look around the cuddle-sec for the "at risk" kids.

  24. After watching the show, reading their tweets, reading news reports, and watching how they react to each other, I am convinced that the four wives hate each other. Sister wives are supposed to be back up moms, support systems, best friends, but these women seem more like arch enemies. The only relationship that seemed real to me and somewhat supportive was the relationship between christine and Janelle; however, the move to LV seems to have messed that relationship up too.

I've said and others too that they don't represent the life they claim they have and that there attach on monogamy or more like their attach on monogamous men as being unable to be faithful makes me scream at the TV every time I see them or their commercial air. But, sadly, the real problem that I see as a result of this lifestyle choice being aired on TV and being made to seem like the women are growing and becoming better people is so many of their fans are praising them and that's cool if all they did was praise them; however, some of these women are talking about crossing over and maybe trying that lifestyle. I volunteer two evenings a week at a women's crisis center, so I learned about one such fan is from my own area when she came to the center one evening after having been attacked by head sister wife (girlfriend that caused the separation) and the woman's husband. The story was crazy but the woman suffered from low self esteem and slightly below normal IQ. She said that she and her husband had split up after she caught him cheating. Well, after a year of separation, she decides to approach him with the idea of sister wives; through her sobs and her kids running crazy around the intake room, she said, it works on the sister wives show and I wanted to be happy...like them, so she and her kids move back in with her husband and his girlfriend and then later another girlfriend. She said right away the girlfriend and her started fighting and the girlfriend began picking on her kids. This poor woman was beating herself up because she couldn't be like Meri and Christine. That's the sad part of the whole mess is that Meri, christine, janelle, and robyn don't tell the truth so those vulnerable women who think this life would be great can become a part of a really bad situation and that doesn't even count those who are born into the craziness of that lifestyle.

    1. While I want to believe fans of Sister Wives are smart enough to realize the show is entertainment and not real-life reality, I know a few of these fans may lack the intelligence or reasoning skills to know the Browns are not a happy family. But after reading the story above, I think that's just crazy talking...let's think about this... a woman says she caught her husband cheating on her so she offers to have him bring his mistress into their family as a sisterwife and live as one big happy family. After a year being separated from the husband. That's not a polygamous lifestyle, that's just plain crazy and stupid! And then the husband brings in another girlfriend? The woman may be below normal intelligence, but she can rationalize her behavior because she saw the lifestyle on TV? Not buying this story at all! That lady needs mental help and her kids need a more stable living environment!

She's definitely being passive aggressive - I'm guessing she's discovering that having all four of them within close proximity of each other is not exactly heaven. I think it was one thing when it was the original three, but now that Robyn is there and this is the first time they've all lived so close and she has to SEE that on a daily basis, it's not QUITE so rosy. Yup and that "sprinting is better than jogging" IMO is a direct jab at Janelle. Anyone want to place bets on when Meri's bum knee goes out? (the one she injured during her "skiing lesson" with Kody).

Perhaps as well, the pressure of having to pay for and maintain a $450k home is getting to her. I doubt seriously she has a cleaning service coming in.

In "mare's" defense tho, to me it would be more normal than not to be a royal bitter bitch when you're the queen wife and your main perk is to keep approving another new wife for your king to happily conquer. i don't like her but i also can't fault her learned passive/aggressive bitchiness that her lifestyle brings. thank god, i wasn't born into that religion.

    7. The gals I know who had their bouquets preserved had them mounted in a frame with a wedding photo. They look quite nice actually. not just thrown in a box :) It's not what *I* would do, and it costs a LOT to do right, but there ya go.

      Delete
    8. yeah, i pulled up some pics and businesses that do the bouquet preservations. apparently, there's a right way and a wrong way to do it. I liked the ones that were nicely framed w/the wedding announcement plus a wedding photo of the couple after they were married w/the bride holding the bouquet that's now the dried version in the frame. that one makes sense for a memento.

meri's gives off the definite low budget "go ahead and toss it NOW, please!!" factor plus - yes, poor thing is having a massive passive/aggressive "must do" attack w/that tweet for her sister wives to deal with. bless her heart! these poor women - none of them have a clue of how wrong it all is to put themselves and their kids through. sorry, but their god comes across as definitely a misogynist. :(

      Delete
    9. But what makes me laugh now is the fact that the bridal bouquet is usually thrown to all the single women and the one that catches it will be the net bride. Heh. Meri kept hers.

      Delete
    10. these days, many, if not most brides have a smaller bouquet made and toss that. it's what i did, and oddly, the friend who caught it didn't take it with her anyway. i kept my own and dried it much like meri. however, i think mine still looks pretty rather than creepy and i've only been married three years. i haven't moved about a dozen times and been married twenty-odd years. my mother has been married forty years and just kept the ribbon the bouquet was tied up with.
i think the mementos we keep are our business, right up until the moment we decide to tweet pictures of them.
i originally didn't think meri was as passive-aggressive as everybody made out with this tweet, because i thought it was her wedding anniversary. then i looked up her precise wedding date and changed my mind in a hurry.
i have to say, even though she is passive-aggressive and just plain nasty, i feel for meri somewhat. i can't imagine having to share my husband and having my 'sister wives' give him more than a dozen children while i'm virtually barren. she's not a nice person, but i think the religion she is in is more to blame than she is.

    3. I've watched Survivor since its very first episode. Some participants I love, some . . . not so much.

I LOVED watching last week's Tribal Council. I tend to watch the show through Cochran's eyes, and it was great to see how much he was enjoying watching all of Philip's well-laid plans unravel. It fascinates me to think that someone who portrays himself as a "government agent" is so oblivious to the fact that people are laughing at him behind his back, and he is seen as a buffoon to most of the world.

But think about this. Technically, those TSA guys who look at the x-ray machines while you're going through the airport security lines are "government agents." I'm thinking if he was LUCKY, Philip MIGHT have gotten a job at that level. More likely, I think he was some kind of pencil pusher and - as many do - inflated his resume.

Regardless, it was a great episode. Cochran for the win!!!!

Was delighted when he won the competition of eating gross things. As for Phillip, at least he didn't wear that disgusting pink underwear this time, but I bet he'll drive everybody nuts at Ponderosa.

Fan from Australia: It was definitely the best tribal council I'VE ever seen. I'm so happy to find some fellow fans here. None of my family watches, and I'm not aware of any friends who do, so it felt kind of lonely cackling about the way Malcolm and crew blindsided ALL the others. If Phillip had been smart, he would have convinced his alliance to vote out one of their own. I'm glad he told them to stick to their original plan. Can't wait to see who Malcolm convinces to switch sides. I hope Cochran does. If he makes it to final three, he just might win the million!

    2. At Dawn's age, I think she may have some hormonal things affecting her. She said something about lack of sleep, too. To be honest, if I'm sleep deprived, I don't handle things well, either. We have to be VERY careful when traveling that I build in adequate sleep time . . . or else!

  35. I don't understand why Honey Boo Boo does so well in the ratings. I'm thinking that people are attracted to that show because of the grotesque factor. The mom should be brought up on charges of child neglect and child endangerment. I don't care that she is putting money back for her girls...they will need it because I don't see her pushing the books or school. Those kids do not have any social graces and their mom lacks not only social graces but common decency. I've never seen such nasty people. She shoves as many pieces of cheese in her mouth as she can and they call that reality. I don't know many grown women who would do that.

    1. TLC new crop of shows follow that grotesque factor mold. Shows like Honey BooBoo and Myrtle Manor are clearly scripted entertainment, like a 21st century version of a situation comedy that uses real people (non actors) instead of more expensive actors. So I disagree with your judgement that the mother should be "brought up for charges" when all she is doing is playing a role. How do you know the mother is not pushing school or reading books? These people are ACTING...and we all have thechoice to watch or change the channel.

      Delete
    2. I commend June, Honey BooBoo's mom, for acknowledging the fact that their popularity is limited and that she must save money for her kids now because their show won't last very long. I agree that they lack many social graces, but I can overlook many of them because of their involvement in their community. June recognizes those who helped them when they were in need and they give back regularly - donating time, labor, gifts and money and ask for nothing in return. I'll take that any day over someone who's selfish but doesn't belch or pick their nose.

June has lost over 100# and looks great and imo she deserves major props for it and I'm hoping she'll introduce healthier eating to her family, they all desperately need it! Sugar Bear, the dad, has been quite sick; first the leg infection and then heart problems, so they've had their hands full since last summer, yet they've still managed to raise many thousands of dollars for Christmas giving, as well as selling thousands of boxes of Girl Scout Cookies.

Some may call them nasty or say they lack common decency, but I don't see that at all. I see good people who recognize their shortcomings yet still manage to be bigger and better people than many who point their finger to criticize and call them names but who fall far short of the bar themselves.

    3. June is aware of how she comes off. She knows her family shows no social graces and is laughing along with us. The sister wives hate each other and are mean, passive aggressive, entitled and greedy and they have no clue how terrible it makes them look.

Bottom line, there is lots of love in June's family and that's why people like to watch them.

    4. there's a lot of celebs always saying on TV how they're enamored w/Honey Boo Boo clan. (more free press.) Never hear them saying that about the Browns. Never hear them talking about them at all. Seems like the peeps that are enamored w/them are those rabid fans on their FB page all clamoring to become wife #5. :D

  36. No trial today. CJ, I went back and read the article on the Holy Underwear. So then I wonder if that is another unspoken reason of JA killing Travis in the shower...not to desecrate the Mormon underwear. On the State v Arias site I have seen comparable pictures to Psycho that some thought she was following. Many of the pictures are similar.

Taped LockUp last night, just caught the last half hour and have not watched it yet, have never watched one, but it caught my eye because it was Maricopa prison. So then I thought, would devout Mormons be able to wear their special underwear in prison and send them home to be washed. Is this the prison where the warden had pink underwear for everyone?

Also on the site, someone doctored a picture of ALV, I don't want to sound mean, but I burst out laughing. This should be an interesting week in the trial.

    1. "Maricopa County" doesn't have prisons. We have jails. The State of Arizona has prisons. Jodi is currently in the custody of the Maricopa County jail system; when convicted, she will be sent to a State prison.

Yes, "Sheriff Joe" is famous for pink underwear and green bologna for inmates. They are also severely limited as to TV options (Disney, Congressional TV, the "Joe" channel), and there is NO coffee. In addition, low-security inmates are housed in huge tents near the airport. There is no air conditioning in the tents. According to Sheriff Joe, "If our servicemen in Iraq and Afghanistan don't have air conditioning, I don't think prisoners should have it either." If prisoners are well-behaved, they qualify to work on chain gangs. Yes, they are chained together, and they go out and pick up trash along the highways. There is a waiting list of inmates wanting to do this, as just hanging around the tents with no A/C and no coffee watching the Disney channel isn't a really good choice.

Some people think our jail system is degrading. Those of us who obey the law invite the inmates to do the same - so they can stop being degraded (which is a direct result of their poor choices).

I'm not sure if the special Mormon underwear can be worn in the jail. But, to be honest, I don't think there are a LOT of Mormon lawbreakers. They're a pretty disciplined group and don't cause a lot of trouble.

    2. Thanks AZChristian, I did not even realize there was a difference between jails and prisons..to me they were just a place to be locked up. I certainly did not know there were still chain gangs..I thought that was something from years ago. Such interesting information about the tents also.

Now I am thinking of Warren Jeffs and some of his cronies. Would it be a religious right to have their special underwear if they consider themselves to be a prophet and it is part of their religion? Just so many things that cross your mind when reading all this information. But on the other hand perhaps they have no more rights than anyone else in the system.

    3. Heard today that Arias's defense team has now filed for a surrebutte (sp) which means they want the judge to allow them to be able to rebut the prosecution's rebuttal.
Odds are it will be to tear down Dr. DeMarte's testimony. And who knows what else?

At what point do the defense lawyers admit that it is time to just cut bait and allow due process??
Between all the damning evidence *proving* her guilt of pre-meditation that the defense has managed to get suppressed from the jury, and all the lies she and her lawyers have told on the stand, how does a jury reach a verdict "beyond a reasonable doubt" when they DO NOT have all the evidence or truthful details with which to deliberate on??

How much more leverage is this judge going to grant in this case?? Granted, she is trying to grant every concession she can to avoid a mistrial...but really, this is beyond what is rational.
I just cannot believe the tax burden that continues to be foisted on these taxpayers for all of this insanity. This trial should have ended 2 months ago at the very latest.

Can this jury even survive yet another unending round of Willmott's screeching "nails on blackboard" voice and Nurmi's exhaustingly slooow delivery. That jury will no doubt be able to claim legitimate PTSD by the end of the this trial.

    4. AZChristian I have to say I respect Sheriff Joe and his mandates. Good for him. Too often we hear of inmates living in near luxury compared to some in our society who have not broken the law. Well done Sheriff.

    5. My former brother-in-law was sentenced one summer to live in Sheriff Joe's tent city for nonpayment of child support. He was allowed to leave during the day for his job. It was a well-deserved punishment. After that he always paid his child support, although he is thousands of dollars behind in his payments.

Did anyone else just flash back to the potty training years with their kids? (It was just a few years ago for me!) Trapped at home with no AC, watching the Disney Channel...coffee available at the store for those who were free from the threat of poop accidents, but so out of reach for the caregiver who accidentally ran out of the brown elixer the day before?! I can see why a chain gang is preferable! lol.

    1. Not necessarily negative. She probably had some idea of what polygamy was going to be, but considering that many polygamist in AUB live in poverty, she must be amazed at all the material benefits that the reality show has given her.

      Delete
    2. Again, if that was Meri's message why be so gloomy? If she did mean it in a positive sense, why not say something like 'I never dreamed how great my life would become. I am so blessed!'

Hey Meri - I will agree to be your twitter PR person, free of charge. Give me a shout!

    3. CPA Carol - i like knowing the real Meri is coming through on her tweets. :) Yes, i agree. Her message is gloomy. and passive/aggressive. and sadly realistic.

it would be more interesting if she told how she envisioned her life to be 23 years ago as compared to how she sees it now. her tweets for the most part are annoying. just like she is.

    4. Yes, good point. And if she tweeted something positive like "I am so blessed" I would certainly be very cynical about the turnaound and call her on it.
And it's vastly entertaining. If they were savvy enough, I would say this is all an attempt at publicity...but I don't think they are up to the challenge.

If you got married when you were barely out of your teens, doncha think your marriage expectations would be "rose colored" (to cop a phrase from another sister wife?) Maybe this tweet is directed at Koduche rather than her sister wives?

    6. 23 years ago as a starry-eyed bride, she expected to have 8 kids. She probably also expected to be close friends with her sister wives. And she undoubtedly expected to remain Kody's favorite wife. Real life sucks.

  38. she is having serious issues with kody. maybe the show is not coming back and she is seeing the money going away. her habit of turning everything around to blame kody or others in her passive aggressive manner is showing. im sure she is counting how many bonus kids are of age for kody to have to support should she file for divorce. can she take more assets as the legal wife? i think she is mad robyn and her kids got such an advantage financially without the investment of time she put in. meri didnt foresee the financial gains robyn would get and now meri wants her fair share and she will demonize anyone to get it. publicly sharing your marital issues is just sad. what kind of response is she looking for? sympathy or public justification to take more of the kids money. time will tell.

    1. This might be her logic. In Meri's eyes, she did "All" the work of putting this family together by being Wife #1. Maybe she does feel that Robyn is getting all the 'riches' of her hard work. Who knows, maybe Robyn is pregnant again...Meri has been tweeting some major downer tweets.

Kody and Meri are definitely in a bad spot. Tweeting pictures of your old dried up bouquet is a metaphor for your old dried up marriage. Just sayin, Meri.

      Delete
    2. I can see how resentment would be strong towards Robyn who really hasn't put in all the hard time & commitment the other 3 wives did. But yet she gets to reap the new financial benefits & lavish Vegas lifestyle. Yep, I'd be pretty pissed & resentful too! I'm sure Christine & Janelle feel the same way as Meri does, but Meri just seems to be more vocal via twitter about it...Lol Yes, even tho It's coming across as passive aggressive, at least she's letting her "true" feelings out. Plus giving us folks here @ SWB something semi juicy to chat about ...lol We all know they're miserable on the inside, but are mostly putting up a front so they can reap & enjoy living it up in las vegas while the can. I just wonder if Robyn is newly pregnant yet & thats what causing all of Meri's new wave of passive aggressive tweets? Since she can't just target a pregnant wife , she has to spread her wrath around..lol But her ultimate PA tweet is to remind everyone that when all is said & done, she's still the LEGAL wife & still holds all the power & they better not forget it either. IMO anyways...lol Literally a Night-'Mare' in the Brown's Cult-du-sac ...since Kody loves calling Meri aka Mare for short... :)

    3. Also, last year on Mother's day, Sister Wives New season premiered. This yr, Mother's day, Breaking Amish S2 is premiering. I wonder how the Brown's REALLY feel about this??

    4. You know, I started to write a long essay about the state of the Browns twittering, but I've decided to make it into a post instead. So stayed tune...

    5. MERI did the "hard work"? The way I see it, Janelle did most of the hard work. Their own book states that Meri and Kody would go off on vacation at the drop of a hat, while Janelle worked long hours.

And who was responsible for getting them into the Lehi home...? Hmmm...???

I would argue that the family wouldn't have been on the radar to be the featured plygs on this show if it wasnt for Christine doing volunteer work for Principle Voices - both as an activist and doing clerical work.

Seems to me that Meri hasn't really done shit...except get the BIG wedding, be the OFFICIAL legal wife, get to go on all the best trips with Kody...oh and not have 6 kids to raise - just one who apparently ate a good amount of her meals at Christine's.

      Poor Meri. Not.

    6. CJ - YAY!

I think there is merit to the possibility of Robyn being pregnant. After all, one of the tenets of their faith is to populate the Earth with as many of 'them' as they can. Robyn has a few more babies she can pop out and as Kody said "I WILL have more children, Mare..I mean, Lover"

    7. Oh Good !!! Bring it on, please!!

Their twiitering is reaching tell-tale proportions and implications.

    8. Meri's retweets are just as telling as her tweets. Thought quickly crossed my mind that maybe he's a 'courtin again & didn't run it past her first. Maybe even Robyn's sister? Whatever it is...her & Kody are def back on the outs. Her twitter photo is only her now. And no "lover" talk in quite a while. What a sad life for all these ladies. :(

    9. LONG time reader - first time commenter! <3

I'm excited for CJ's twitter commentary/post, bc I agree that there is definitely some breakdown to the "happy family" happening. I feel like Janelle is coming into her own, Christine is enjoying her new house/job/life in general, and Robyn is ever the same, while Meri doesn't know what the heck to do with herself (and is being passive aggressive with everybody while she figures it out).

I wonder if she finally admitted to Kody - once that ultimatum time was up when they moved in - that she wasn't going to have another kid, via Robyn being the surragate or not, and the attention Kody gave her (trying to not-so-gently coax her into being pregnant) is now gone, when even HE realized that she was stringing him along for sympathy. The jig was up, and he went right back to Robyn . . . and knocked her up.

That's just my two cents on a theory :)

  39. remember when meri said" when things are bad in another wifes relationshio with kody" she tends to stay away and withdraw from the family. that kody gets ornery with her. maybe christine and kody relationship has finally cracked and meri is feeling the fallout.

  40. Just thought I'd share this ince I know there are some Honey BooBoo fans here:

    http://www.tmz.com/2013/02/06/honey-boo-boo-mama-june-weight-loss-100-lbs/

Supposedly the mom has lost 100 pounds. You can see a change in the 2 pictures at this link, but I'm not sure what she's gaining by saying she never dieted or went to a gym.

But if she has lost all that weight, I say more power to her and keep it up!

  41. So it's a happy anniversary for Meri and Kody as symbolized by those ugly, wilted flowers. I think Meri is stuggling to handle Janelle's new sense of empowerment as she loses weight and gets in shape. Meri said she has the "bigger voice" but now Janelle is finding HER voice and Meri is the one feeling insecure. I hope Janelle and Christine make tons of money selling real estate and keep it all to support their children and further their kid's college educations. Let Meri get a job to support her and Kody's style of living.

    1. Someone on this thread said that it wasn't Meri's and Kody's wedding anniversary. If that's true it make the tweet even more bizarre.

    2. it was me who said that. to clarify, their wedding anniversary was april 21st, the picture of the bouquet appeared a couple of days before that. the tweet about never dreaming that her life would turn out like this came on the anniversary itself. not sure what to make of all this myself.

  42. On a more positive note, I like Meri's new twitter picture. She looks better than she has in a long time. I also like her new "tagline" on her profile - I almost appears as she is taking charge of her life in a way. Don't like the tweet to dr.phil after he says you can find the one you want or fix the onw you have, she responds with fix yourself. Reminds me of that horrible talk she had with christine... Also what about that answer to Aspyn about doing something at a family reunion, I thought Aspyn was her "daughter" - shouldn't they attend the same family reuinions? Goes to show how this kind of big familly sacrifices the normal aunt, unlce, cousin relationships..

  43. Meri's twitter tagline "Independent, Strong, and Daring to Live!"? Just more pro polygamy propaganda!
