Actually, this is a joke, but I thought, you know, if I were a polygamist, I'd go all the way! The big house, one kitchen (think of the savings not running all those appliances separately), and thought, how many times did we hear the gals all talk about being married to one another? I know, the Irish ring. How about a small band for each one your "married" to?

I wonder what Kody spent on Robyn's engagement and wedding ring. After all, through the bankruptcy filings, the other wives have posted what theirs were worth. After the interview of Robyn's ceremony and reception and the "middle wives" stating that theirs were more low-key, I have to admit to curiosity about flashy party and bling on her hand?
ReplyDeleteThe claddaugh ring was from the other wives, and it seemed more important than replacing tires on vehicles that kids are ferried around in. If that's all they could scrape together from three cookie jars and clipping coupons, that's really sad. I guess they should have checked Overstock.com!
Hey, they could wear birthstone rings will all the sistas on it, or everyone's! that would have to be a necklace, but WHOA! Or a DIAMOND for each one. These poor girls don't get that kind of presents, but their man deserves a Lexus and a Harley.

ReplyDeleteI agree with the birthstones it is exactly what I told my husband during the episode. A diamond in the center with smaller diamonds for the wives on the ring or even have birth stones for them or small diamonds on the band instead of the ring. Or a wedding pendant - something that represents the union of them all being married to one another.
ReplyDeleteYou know as many times as they say they are all married to one another I still get the feeling they are all just married to Kody and secretly vying to be his number one wife. If Meri divorced him, I bet he would marry Robyn which would shock the heck out of Janelle and Christine I wonder if they would stay if Meri wasn;t the first wife anymore!
I think it is terrible Kody is spoiled but the women are not. Their priorities are strange. Harley and Lexus and Kody spending money on courting other wives is not more important than the tires on the cars that your children and wives are in daily - safety first, Kody!
Then again, I know of all kinds of couples that don't have financial priority set so its not limited to the Browns. The Browns are frustrating with its all about the family mantra yet it really seems to be all about King Kody Krazy Hair!

Interesting Fact : Kody was previously barred from dating a woman by the AUB hierarchy because he was so impoverished he could not possibly afford another wife. You must obtain permission from the church hierarchy to date a woman in the AUB.
